Documentation is started

I wrote some documentation for Train&Race

The description of training zones based on Anaerobic and Aerobic thresholds is decribed here: http://trainandrace.com/help/en/settings/my_sports.html

How to work with trainings generator is described here: http://trainandrace.com/help/en/tutorial/generate_trainings.html

I also described how training progress can be analyzed with the following characteristics: Training Stress Score (TSS) or workload, Cumulative Training Load (CTL) or fitness, Acute Training Load (ATL) or fatigue, Training Stress Balance (TSB) or form.
It is done here: http://trainandrace.com/help/en/tutorial/analyze_ctl_atl.html

The next feature that is coming soon is the detailed description for every automatically generated workout.

News: intensity support

Intensity is supported now on Train&Race

1) User can specify training zones for every sport
2) User can add intensity for every workout
a) Either manually - specify time in every zone
b) Or use Garmin files (.tcx), just add such file into a workout
c) Then intensity distribution will be recalculated into workload.
3) Then in the "Analysis" section, one can see the graph with
fitness, fatigue and form progression over time

Next I plan to improve the graph (visual interface) and add documentation
on how these things can be used.

I also plan to improve the generator: to add a description of what to do in every
generated workout; now there is only time.

I already started writing the documentation. Here is an example of how one can find out his/her training zones:

Trainings generator is now completely functional

It assigns different periods to every week and hours (you can change them if you wish).
Then for every week you can generate hours (hours are distributed according to a period).
For every training an intensity is advised. All the auto-generated trainings you can both easily remove and change.

More to come soon

Auto training generator works now for weeks

The generator that allows to automatically create workouts for a specified week was added. You can specify on which days you normally train, how many workouts you can do at every particular day. You can manually add days when you can't train (go to a conference, busy at work, etc.) and add plan you would definitely like to do this week.

Then you call generator, it takes everything into account and creates a training weeks that both take into account your preferences and best distribution of training hours over a week.

So, how it works.
1) You specify in settings how many hours per year you want to train and on which day of week how many workouts you can do.
2) You add some race with priority 'A' into you calendar.
3) You go then to planning and click "Generate".
This will assign hours to every week.
4) You go back to calendar and for every week in "Per week" you see a small button.
You click on this button and you see a Generator for a week.

Account for Competitions organizators + extended user profile

The competitions organizators can create now a special account where they can register their competitions (not done yet!).

When user creates an account he can choose if he is a general user or a race/competition organizator.

Also for both general user and organizator there is an extended user profile where user can specify birth date, contact info, name, etc.
